How the 7-day free trial works

Every NeoProfit plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

• No credit card collected upfront. Shopify handles billing — they ask for payment authorization but don't charge until the trial ends.
• All features unlocked. Order limits aren't enforced during the trial. You see the product exactly as paying customers do.
• Cancel anytime during the trial by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. No charge, no follow-up emails.
• At day 7, Shopify automatically charges your card for the plan you selected during onboarding. From that point on, billing runs monthly until you cancel.

If you cancel after the trial ends, access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Early adopter discount: stores that install during the launch window get 50% off their plan price for the lifetime of their subscription. The discount is applied automatically — no code needed.
