What’s broken today

At 5,000+ orders/month, two things break: pricing and accuracy.

The tools you trusted at 500 orders/month don't scale. Per-order pricing punishes growth, and approximations that didn't matter at low volume compound into real money fast.

Issue 01
Per-order pricing that scales unfavourably

Tools that charge $0.10/order start eating $1k+/month of margin once you cross 10k orders. By 50k orders/month you're paying more for the profit app than for some of your software vendors. NeoProfit’s overage is $0.03 at Scale — and Enterprise removes the overage entirely.

Issue 02
Cost accuracy that breaks at scale

Most apps approximate when volume gets high — single shipping rate per region, average COGS per category, blended fees. At 100k orders that approximation is real money: a $0.40/order error compounds to $480k/year of misreported profit.

Issue 03
Multi-SKU margin invisible without engineering

Looker and a data team work, but only above $5M revenue. NeoProfit gives you per-SKU margin out of the box — sortable across 5,000+ SKUs, filterable, exportable — without a BI consultant on retainer.

Built for this

The features built for stores at scale.

Per-order math kept fast, surfaces sized for thousands of SKUs, and pricing that gets cheaper per order as you grow — not more expensive.

Per-order cost math at scale

Every order keeps its own COGS, its own shipping cost (actual from the order, or a flat-rate fallback), its own Shopify Payments fees pulled live, its own allocated ad spend — no approximations, no category averages.

AI insights ranked by dollar impact

At 200 orders/day, a single thin-margin SKU compounds fast. AI Insights flags margin compression with the actual monthly dollar amount at risk — sorted so the biggest losses are first.

Live dashboard, no batch latency

Every new order moves the dashboard. At 5k orders/day, end-of-day batch updates aren’t fast enough — by the time the data refreshes you’ve already shipped tomorrow’s mistake.

Bundle pricing for kits and multipacks

High-volume stores often bundle at supplier-discounted rates. Configure bundle COGS once — orders matching the bundle composition use the bundle cost instead of summing individual SKU prices.

Multi-channel ad attribution

What this looks like in practice.

Illustrative · not a real customer

A 60,000-orders/month consumer electronics store

Comparing the math head-to-head: a store processing 60,000 orders/month pays roughly $99 base + ($0.03 × 55,000 overage) = $1,749/mo on the Scale plan. The same store on a competitor's $0.10/order overage rate would pay $99 + ($0.10 × 55,000) = $5,599/mo. Same dashboards, same features — $3,850/mo difference. Annualised, that's $46,200 of subscription savings flowing through to contribution margin. At 100k orders the gap widens to ~$84k/year.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does Enterprise pricing look like?

Custom. Typically a flat monthly fee that absorbs the overage entirely at predictable per-month cost. Email hello@neoprofit.app with your monthly order count and we'll come back with a quote within one business day.

Does the dashboard stay fast at 100k orders/month?

Yes — Shopify's orders API is the data source, and our profit calculations run on the date range you select rather than scanning your entire order history each time. Larger date ranges complete in seconds, not minutes.

How is shipping cost calculated at high volume?

Two modes, configurable per shop in Settings → Shipping. (a) Actual: use the shipping amount Shopify already has on each order's shipping line — accurate when carriers post-process correctly. (b) Custom: a single flat per-order shipping cost you set, useful when you charge customers one rate but your true blended cost is different. Native carrier-invoice reconciliation is on the roadmap for Enterprise.

Can I override COGS per variant?

Yes. The default reads from Shopify Inventory (the 'Cost per item' field). Override per-variant in Settings → Product Costs when your landed cost is different from what's stored in Shopify — common when supplier prices shift or import duties move.

What's the right plan for a 25k orders/month store?

Scale ($99/mo base + $0.03 × overage). At 25k orders that's $99 + ($0.03 × 20,000) = $699/mo, versus $99 + ($0.10 × 20,000) = $2,099/mo at the typical $0.10/order competitor rate — $16,800/year of subscription savings. Once you cross ~40k orders/month, talk to us about Enterprise so the overage flattens entirely.

Can I share access with a bookkeeper or accountant?

Today access is via your Shopify staff account permissions — your bookkeeper logs in through Shopify admin like any other staff member. Read-only team links and dedicated accountant accounts are on the roadmap.

The bigger you scale, the more the overage rate matters.
