For Dropshippers

Dropshipping profit math,
finally fixed.

Bundle shipping breaks, chargeback fees, supplier rate tiers — the costs that silently compress dropshipping margins. NeoProfit was built by a dropshipper to track all of them, so your dashboard stops lying to you.

// The gap
Three places your P&L is lying to you

Most profit apps were designed for general Shopify stores. Dropshipping has specific cost structures — supplier shipping tiers, dispute fees, multi-pack economics — that those tools approximate at best.

01
The bundle shipping phantom
When your supplier ships a 3-pack as one box at a combined rate, most profit apps don't know that. They see three items and multiply your per-unit shipping cost across all three. The result: $12.60 reported on a $6.80 shipment — $5.80 of margin that was never lost, now missing from your P&L every single order.
NeoProfit respects per-shipment rates
02
The dispute fee nobody shows
Every chargeback in Shopify Payments comes with a $15 fee — charged win or lose. Most profit dashboards don't surface this as its own line; it just quietly lowers your net. If you're running any volume at all, that's a real number. NeoProfit tracks each dispute through to its outcome so the fee lands where it belongs: in your actual P&L, not absorbed into a vague margin gap.
NeoProfit tracks every $15 dispute fee
03
One average shipping cost for everything
Different SKUs ship at different rates. A lightweight earbud and a 500g skincare kit don't cost the same to move — but a single blended average treats them identically. NeoProfit lets you configure exact shipping costs per product and variant, so your margin by SKU actually means something rather than reflecting one number averaged across your catalogue.
Per-product, per-variant shipping config
// Bundle shipping
One box. One fee. Not three.

Suppliers ship multi-pack orders as a single box at a combined rate. The worked example below uses the same numbers that drove the founder to build NeoProfit in the first place.

Every feature that matters for your model

No tier-gating. Every plan includes the full feature set — Starter, Growth, and Scale differ only by monthly order volume.

Per-shipment bundle shipping
Set the actual rate your supplier charges for a bundle — one number for one box, not per-item math. Supports different rates per SKU, per variant, and per order quantity break.
Dropshipper-critical
Chargeback fee tracking
Tracks the $15 Shopify Payments dispute fee as its own P&L line — applied win or lose. Each dispute flows through to outcome, so your net reflects what Shopify actually settled.

// FAQ
Questions dropshippers actually ask
Does NeoProfit work with AliExpress suppliers?
Yes — NeoProfit pulls orders from Shopify directly, so supplier origin doesn't matter. You configure your actual shipping costs per product (the rate your AliExpress or any other supplier charges), and NeoProfit uses those to calculate true net margin rather than estimating from an average.
How does NeoProfit handle multi-currency orders?
Orders in non-store currencies are converted to your store's reporting currency at the rate applied by Shopify Payments — the same rate that determines what you actually receive. Your P&L reflects settled amounts, not presentment amounts.
What is an RTO and does NeoProfit track it?
A return-to-origin (RTO) is when a shipment fails delivery and comes back to the sender — a common cost in dropshipping with international fulfillment. NeoProfit tracks the refund issued to the customer and the associated fees as discrete P&L events, so the full cost of a failed delivery (not just the product refund) flows into your net.
Does it integrate with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads?
Yes — all three are live. Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads each connect via one-click OAuth, and daily spend pulls automatically into your P&L alongside your Shopify orders. TikTok Shop as a separate sales channel (distinct from TikTok Ads) is on the roadmap.
My shipping cost varies by destination region — can NeoProfit handle that?
Yes. You can configure shipping costs per product and per variant. If you have different rates by region, you can set those as separate shipping profiles. It's more setup than a single blended average, but the resulting margin-by-SKU data is actually meaningful.
Can I see margin by product or SKU, not just total store?
Yes — product-level P&L is included on every plan. You can see which SKUs are actually profitable at your current sourcing cost and ad spend, which is often a more useful signal than store-level margin when you're deciding what to scale and what to cut.
