NeoProfit is a Shopify app for merchants. If you’ve connected a Meta (Facebook) Ads account to NeoProfit to pull ad spend into your profit reports, this page explains what data we receive through that connection and how to have it deleted.
When you connect a Meta Ads account, we store:
We do not receive or store any data about your Facebook profile, your Page followers, or your customers’ Facebook activity. This connection only reads advertising spend, not people data.
In the NeoProfit app, go to Integrations → Meta Ads and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes your stored access token, the ad account link, and all cached spend data for that connection from our database.
Uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin deletes all data associated with your store — including any Meta Ads connection and cached spend data — automatically within 48 hours.
You can also email us to request deletion at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed. Include your Shopify store domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) so we can locate your records. We’ll confirm once the data has been deleted, within 5 business days.
