Order limits and how overages are billed

Each plan includes a rolling-30-day order limit:

• Starter — 300 orders / month, then $0.10 / overage order
• Growth — 1,500 orders / month, then $0.06 / overage order
• Scale — 5,000 orders / month, then $0.03 / overage order
• Enterprise — custom pricing for 10,000+ orders / month

When you exceed your plan's limit, NeoProfit doesn't cut you off — it just bills the overage at the per-order rate. So a Starter store with 350 orders in a month pays $19 (plan) + $5 (50 orders × $0.10) = $24.

Overage billing happens at the end of your Shopify billing cycle, alongside the regular plan charge.

If you consistently overage by more than 20%, the dashboard shows a banner suggesting an upgrade — the higher tier almost always works out cheaper than sustained overage.
