How to cancel your subscription

To cancel NeoProfit, uninstall the app from your Shopify admin:

1. Open Settings → Apps and sales channels in your Shopify admin.
2. Find NeoProfit in the list.
3. Click the trash icon next to it and confirm.

Shopify stops the recurring subscription immediately. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period (no pro-rated refunds).

What happens to your data:

• OAuth tokens for connected ad platforms are revoked immediately.
• All cached ad spend and order data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall.
• Your store settings, cost overrides, and saved configurations are retained for 30 days in case you reinstall, then permanently deleted.

If you reinstall within the 30-day window, your settings come back and you pick up where you left off (subject to a new free trial if eligible).
