First-time setup: 2 minutes from install to live

After installing, the onboarding flow walks you through five short steps:

1. Pick a plan. Starter, Growth, or Scale. All include every feature; tiers differ only by order volume.
2. Confirm your credit card fee rate. Default is 2.9% + 30¢ (standard Shopify Payments). Override if you're on a custom rate or use a non-Shopify gateway.
3. Choose a shipping mode. "Actual cost from carrier invoice" if you upload monthly, or "flat per-order rate" if you ship at a single price.
4. Set your monthly overhead. Rent, salaries, software — anything you want amortized across each order's profit. Optional.
5. Connect TikTok Ads (optional). If you spend on TikTok, one OAuth click pulls daily spend into every profit calc.

Skip any step you're not sure about — they're all editable later from the Settings tab. After the last screen you land on the live dashboard.
