Configuring shipping costs (actual vs flat rate)

NeoProfit supports two shipping cost modes:

Actual cost — the cost from your carrier invoice. Use this if you ship via a single carrier and want exact accuracy. You upload your monthly invoice on the Settings → Shipping page; NeoProfit matches each shipment to its actual cost.

Flat per-order rate — a single cost per order regardless of weight or destination. Use this if you ship at a relatively consistent rate and don't want the monthly invoice upload step.

For dropshippers and stores that ship bundles at a package rate (rather than per-item), enable Bundle shipping mode at the bottom of the Shipping settings. This tells NeoProfit to apply your shipping cost once per shipment, not per line item — usually the biggest hidden-margin recovery for bundle stores.

You can switch modes anytime; historical orders keep the rate they were calculated at.
